I put up the disputed tag here. JUst a hunch maybe, but:
- the article is a verbatim copy of this guy's own website (see link in article)
- his book is self-published.
- his website is bad
- I googled him and found either blogs (mostly his own), or sites of little authority.
- nowhere did I find any of the article's content validated, not him being a professor, nor a law expert. He looks more like a selfmade internet fringe phenomenon, piggybacking on Christoph Luxenberg
