Ian Christy

Ian Christy is a game designer, production designer, illustrator, and writer.
Ian is a Level Designer for Video Games residing in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is also sometimes known as an urban toy designer and as an underground comic illustrator in the [[Pacific
Northwest]]. He was one of the Driving forces behind the creation of Vancouver, BC's Draw Jam with Gabriel Frizzera.

- Born 1970 in Wooster, Ohio.
- Grew up through 8th Grade in Tennessee
- Jonesboro

- Moved with family to Lexington, Kentucky and remained there through third year of college at the University of Kentucky.
- Dropped out of UK in 1991 & moved to Cincinnati, Ohio to work, then on to Columbus, Ohio until 1994.
- Married Lisa Marie Hendrix in Ohio, 1993.
- 1995 Moved cross-country to Eugene, Oregon with Lisa to complete a BFA in Visual Design at University of Oregon, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 1997.
- 1997 divorced from Lisa Marie Hendrix, though they remain good friends to this day.
- Worked full time concurrent to and after school at Dynamix, a Sierra Studio until the production house folded in 2001.
- 2001 Moved to Vancouver, British Columbia to attend Vancouver Film School for the year of 2002 in Film Foundations Class 84. Completed with honours.
- 2002 Hired immediately after film school by Radical Entertainment and continues working there presently.
