Indiagames Ltd. is a leading international developer, publisher and distributer of video games for mobile phones, headquartered in India, with offices in Mumbai, Beijing, London and Los Angeles.
Indiagames develops and publishes games across multiple platforms including Java, BREW, Symbian, I-Mode, and Macromedia Flash Lite. The company has also been at the forefront of adapting the latest technologies to enhance user experience - offering 3D and multiplayer games, incorporating features like VibeTonz® to enhance the user's sensorial experience and developing games for the proprietary Slingshot platform created by Qualcomm.

Indiagames employs over 300 people on the development side, including game designers, developers, graphic designers, quality controllers and research and development teams spread across 5 studios. The average employee age is 24 years - a reflection of the youthfulness and vibrancy associated with the gaming industry!
In addition to these, there are region specific business development and sales & marketing teams for the Asia-Pacific region, Europe and the Americas. These team members come from varied backgrounds ranging from consulting, entertainment and the media, research and telecommunications.

Indiagames' largest investor, TOM Online (NASDAQ: TOMO) is the leading wireless VAS provider in China owned by the TOM Group of Hutch. Indiagames is the only international acquisition of the 50 acquisitions TOM Online has made. TOM Online is the only portal in China that enjoys a Top 3 ranking in every wireless Internet segment. Other investors in Indiagames include Adobe and Cisco.

Indiagames has been the winner of a number of National and International awards ranging from the MTV Youth Marketing Award in 2001 to the Red Herring Asia 100 Award 2005 to the Best BREW Developer and the Best Gaming Company in India at the Qualcomm BREW Platinum Awards 2005.

Indiagames' key clients include Hollywood studios like Disney, Sony Pictures, ESPN etc. The company also has licensing deals with 20th Century Fox, Activision, Marvel Comics, Miramax and King Studios. Indiagames has also partnered with the likes of MTV India and Hungama TV (a leading kids channel in India).
The company has an exclusive distribution agreement with leading interactive entertainment companies like Warner Bros. and THQ Wireless to distribute their catalogue of mobile games across carriers in India. This includes hit franchises and Hollywood film titles like Moto GP 1, 2 and 3, WWE, MX Unleashed, Batman Returns, Oceans 12, etc.
Indiagames' roster of over 250 games is distributed in over 67 countries through 150+ channel partners. In addition, the company works with almost every major telecom operator in the world.
