[edit] Kermit Maahesian Mimicry
Kermit's notion that Peafowl mimic reptiles has been supported by my own photograph of a Green Peafowl looking at me.

- Thanks for the nice photograph :-) Unfortunately, though, I don't think it qualifies as a WP:RS. :-) Leuko 12:21, 6 April 2007 (UTC)
Yes, you are right. But I myself am convinced that this is true. But I think it is better to wait until Kermit finishes the book or publishes a paper. Frankyboy5 18:53, 6 April 2007 (UTC)
BTW that is a Siamese Imperator, which is more related to the Indian Peafowl. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Frankyboy5 (talk • contribs).
I have gotten confirmation from Kermit that he was the guy quoted as "K. B. Woods" in literature/verbally 2000 in the Red Data Book. I always thought that was Kermit because of the similarity of his suggestions (Yunnan subspecies, Green Peafowl monogamous in the wild). Frankyboy5 19:53, 8 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Custom built PC article
I have added to the discussion page of the article, and will be adding more links, to a maximum of 5. Do not single my article out, because there are many will excessive numbers of links. Five is not excessive, and the max I'd allow on an article I created, unless more was warranted. Thank you.--Ben414 15:47, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
- I've replied at the discussion page of the article. Please don't feel that I am singling your article out; If you look at my user page and contribs you'll notice that one of my major activities is removing external links which may be spam. Please also see WP:OWN regarding your comments that it is "your article." Thanks. Leuko 12:25, 6 April 2007 (UTC)
