I am a thirty-something history buff living in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. I enjoy riding my motorcycle, playing the guitar, and using my trusty eMac computer.

I was born in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, and lived in 11 Canadian cities and towns (Burlington, Thunder Bay, Winnipeg, Surrey, Scarborough, on a farm halfway between Uxbridge and Sunderland, Peterborough, Guelph, Cambridge, and Calgary) before moving to the United States.
