Nikola Frankopan

Nikola Frankopan was ban (viceroy) of Dalmatia and Croatia from 1426 to 1432. He was a member of the Frankopan family.
Frankopan established the monastery which became the centre of the town of Crikvenica. He also fortified Omišalj and Krk.
