Not Accepted Anywhere is the début album from Welsh indie rock band The Automatic. The album was released June 19, 2006, however it was leaked onto the Internet prior to its release. The first single, "Recover", had been released November 7, 2005, however it had not been made chart eligible, since only 3,500 copies made it to cd and 1,500 copies made it to vinyl. The first chart eligible single, "Raoul" also arrived prior to the album, reaching 32 in the UK Singles Chart. The band then had their first real hit with "Monster", which made it to number 4 in the UK Singles Chart. The album made it to number 3 in the UK Album Chart.
Later in 2006 the band remade and re-released "Recover" with a new video for the song, along with "Time=Money" a new b-side. In early 2007 "Raoul" was also remade with some small instrumental changes, (as was "Recover"), and was given a new video and once again released.

[edit] Miscellanea
- The album was leaked during June 2006, although the source of the leak is unknown.
- The side of the album sleeve was accidentally printed upside-down. Later releases of the album will change this, so there is every possibility the first batch of albums will become collector's editions in the future.
