Spilve (also given as Tsentralny) is a former air base in Latvia located 5 km north of Riga. It is a 1950s-era military base, now unused. It is comprised of a ring taxiway with small revetments. Google Earth high-resolution satellite imagery shows only shows two general-aviation planes parked.
A large technical school existed here until the 1990s with one of each major aircraft type, most broken up around 1996 or 1997.
