The Supreme Administrative Court of Poland (Polish: Naczelny Sąd Administracyjny) is the court of last resort in administrative cases i.e. those betweens private citizens (or corporations) and administrative bodies. This court deals with appeals from lower administrative courts called Voivodship Administrative Courts. Bulgaria also has this form of court.
