The Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Chicago is a diocese of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church covering parishes in:
The Bishop of the eparchy is Richard Seminack. St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral is the motherchurch of the eparchy, it falls under the Ukrainian Catholic Archeparchy of Philadelphia as does the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Stamford and the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Parma.
