Welcome to the Little League WikiProject. We are a group dedicated to improving Wikipedia's coverage of Little League.
(For more information on WikiProjects, please see Wikipedia:WikiProject and the Guide to WikiProjects).
This is the current page as of 00:43, Sunday April 1, 2007 (UTC). More information will appear in the coming days.
[edit] Scope
Little League, including the Little League Baseball World Series. Please insert {{Baseball-WikiProject|littleleague=yes}} on all talk pages associated with this project.
[edit] Guidelines
[edit] Infobox information
Annual LLWS articles should use {{Infobox LLWS}}. See the Infobox section on applicable flags as well as standards thereof.
[edit] Beginning of annual LLWS articles
The following text will begin each article:
- The (year) Little League World Series was held between (start date) and (end date) in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania. The (winning team) of (winning team's city) defeated (runner-up) of (runner-up's city) in the championship game of the (ordinal number) Little League World Series.
[edit] Trivia
Any interesting facts about that year's LLWS must be inserted here. An example would be if a future Major League Baseball player participated.

[edit] Winners/Championship Bracket
Use {{Round4-with third}} for the winners/championship bracket. Enter information as seen on the front page of the LLWS summary located at the website below.
[edit] Consolation/Position Bracket
The same bracket as above must be used, and the information entered in the same manner as above.
[edit] Miscellaneous
The spellings of Taiwanese municiplaities differ between Wikipedia and the LL website. Consult Category:Cities in Taiwan as a starting point to clear up any spelling discrepancies.
