Farshad Pious (Persian: فرشاد پیوس , born January 12, 1962 in Tehran, Iran) is a retired Iranian football player who was a striker for a number of clubs in Iran, most notably Persepolis FC, as well as Iran national football team.

He was top scorer of Azadegan League in 1991/92 season with 11 goals and in 1994/95 season with 20 goals. He was also the top scorer of the Qatari League during the 1988/89 season with 9 goals. He is also Persepolis' all time top goalscorer with 52 goals.

He is currently coach of Azadegan League side Teraktor Sazi. Before Teraktor Sazi he was the head coach of Shemushack Noshahr until he was fired on May 29, 2005.
