Fox Chase (SEPTA station)

Fox Chase is the terminus of on SEPTA's R8 Fox Chase Regional Rail, and is located on Rhawn Street in Northeast Philadelphia, near the intersection of Oxford Avenue (PA-232) and Pine Road. Fox Chase Station is the closest regional rail stop to the neighborhoods of Fox Chase, Bustleton, and Pine Valley. Before 1983, the line continued single-tracked to a terminus in Newtown, Pennsylvania. The crossing at Rhawn Street still exists, but barriers prevent trains from crossing it and it has no operable signals or crossing gates.

The station has the largest number of parking spaces of any on the line, and is used by many commuters to Center City Philadelphia. It is located at Rhawn Street & Rockwell Avenue and boasts a 348-space parking lot. The station is also served by SEPTA bus routes 18, 24, and 28.
