Fraconalto (until 1927, Fiaccone) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 110 km southeast of Turin and about 40 km southeast of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 332 and an area of 15.8 km2.[1]
Fraconalto borders the following municipalities: Busalla, Campomorone, Mignanego, Ronco Scrivia, and Voltaggio.
