Paul Simon

Paul Simon, (s. 1941, Newark, NJ) on yhdysvaltalainen laulaja ja lauluntekijä. Hänet tunnetaan parhaiten duosta Simon & Garfunkel 1960-luvulla. 1970-luvulta eteenpäin hän on tehnyt kymmenen sooloalbumia.
Simon kirjoittaa ja säveltää laulunsa itse. Tekstintekijänä hän on runoilija, joka kuvaa lähinnä keski-ikäisen miehen elämää ja tunteita.
Vuoden parhaan levyn Grammyn Paul on voittanut albumeillaan Bridge Over Troubled Water, Still Crazy After All These Years ja Graceland. Grammy-ehdokkuudet Simon ansaitsi levyillään Bookends, There Goes Rhymin' Simon, The Rhythm Of The Saints ja You're The One.
Paul Simon on tehnyt pari elokuvaroolia, mm. One-Trick Pony ja Woody Allenin Annie Hall. Hänen ja Nobel-kirjailija Derek Walcottin kirjoittaman musikaalin The Capemanin ensi-ilta oli vuonna 1998.
