Un Backbreaker est un mouvement de catch qui consiste à claquer le dos d'une personne sur n'importe quelle partie du corps notamment le genou. Voici les differentes variantes.

- Backbreaker
- The all-in wrestler places the back of the adversary on his knee and supports.
- Argentina Backbreaker Rack (or Human Tortures Rack or The Rack)
- The body of the adversary is placed on the back and the shoulders of the attacker, a hand holds the head and the other holds the leg while drawing downwards with its arms to cause the pain with the back. - Double Underhook Backbreaker Drop

- Inverted Facelock Backbreaker

- Canadian Backbreaker

- Argentina Backbreaker

- Tilt-a-Whirl Backbreaker

- Canadian backbreaker rack

- Chokeslam backbreaker
- Like one chokeslam but instead of claquer directly the adversary with ground, the attacker the opera hat on its knee.
- Ura-stroke backbreaker

- This catch is innovated by Chi-Chi Cruz in 2001 (Lung Blower). The attacker is behind its adversary, it catches its adversary, draws it by behind with the result that this one then falls the assailing met its two knees against the back from the adversary for claquer when it falls. - Half nelson backbreaker
