Cruising With Ruben & the Jets est un album de Frank Zappa and the Mothers of Invention, publié en 1968.
En 1984 Zappa, mécontent de la qualité de l'album original, recruta Arthur Barrow, Chad Wackerman ainsi qu'un contrebassiste (probablement Jay Anderson) pour ré-enregister les parties de basse et de batterie pour la version CD de l'album. Au grand dam de nombreux fans, l'album n'a jamais été réédité officiellement avec les parties de basse et de batterie originales. Des versions pirates ont cependant circulé.
