Les Socialdemokraterne (en danois, les Sociaux-démocrates, jusqu'en 2002, Socialdemokratiet, litt. la social-démocratie) est un parti politique danois, de gauche modérée, fondé en 1871 (c'est un des plus anciens partis européens). Il est membre du Parti socialiste européen et de l'Internationale socialiste.

Il a obtenu 867 350 voix lors des élections au Folketing le 8 février 2005 (25,8 % des voix), soit un des plus mauvais scores jamais obtenus par les sociaux-démocrates depuis la Seconde Guerre mondiale. 47 députés ont été élus. Suite à cet échec, un congrès extraordinaire a été convoqué pour le 12 mars 2005.

Son symbole était la lettre A, puis s'est transformé en rose rouge, à l'image des socialistes français.

Depuis avril 2005, sa dirigeante est Helle Thorning-Schmidt.

Le parti dispose d'environ 55 000 adhérents.

Nicolai Wammen et Nick Hækkerup sont vice-présidents.

Jens Christiansen est secrétaire général.
