Ghoust

A ghoust is a type of Pakistani or Indian curry dish made from lamb.
Also spelled ghost or gosht and other variants, as this is transliterated from the Urdu script.
Some types include the saag or sag ghoust, which includes spinach or the karahi ghoust which is cooked in a traditional cooking pot from which it takes its name.
