[edit] Club Career
Giampaolo Pazzini's high point of the 2005/2006 season was his spectacular equalising header against Juventus. Pazzini also struck a wonderfully powerful shot beating Juventus keeper, Gianluigi Buffon, to cap a traditional Italian counter attack, in the 2004/2005 season.
[edit] International Career
Pazzini is currently a member of the Italy Under-21 team.
Pazzini was the star of the first ever professional match at the new Wembley Stadium in a game against England Under-21 on 24 March 2007. The Fiorentina forward set three records in the 3-3 draw; he scored the first and the fastest ever goal at Wembley (in both its old and new incarnations) after 28 seconds and went on to score the first ever hat-trick in 68 minutes.[1]
