"Girls & Boys" is a single by Good Charlotte released in 2003. The theme of the song is that girls do not like boys and only use them to acquire money and material goods. The video for the song predominantly shows older people dressed and acting like young people. The various members of the band are shown interacting with the older characters (for example playing video games and giving massages). At the end of the video Benji Madden wakes up to find an old woman wearing one of his shirts and eating breakfast.

- Originally, a short segment parodying the beginning of Avril Lavigne's Complicated video occurred atfter the first line of the second verse. It was removed from some edits, although some music stations sometimes play the version including the parody. The version of the video included on the Good Charlotte Video Collection DVD is the version without the parody.
- Benji has stated that the scene at the end of the video with him waking to find the old lady in his Made t-shirt is a reference to Happy Gilmore
- This was the band's second single in the UK, as The Anthem wasn't released until the summer.
- The song reached #1 on October 10th, 2003, on the MuchMusic Countdown.
