"I Just Wanna Live" is a single by pop punk band Good Charlotte, released in 2005. It is the second single from the The Chronicles of Life and Death album.
The song was one of the songs that Sony paid radio stations to play in the 2005 payola scandal. [1]

- The song references the band's breathrough hit, "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous".
- The song Good Charlotte play in the bar at the start of the video is "Mountain", another song taken from their The Chronicles of Life and Death album.
- Reference is made to the Paris Hilton sex tape, 1 Night in Paris.
- The video also pokes fun at Ashlee Simpson's Saturday Night Live lipsynching disaster, with Joel 'forgetting' the words to the song, parodying the dance Ashlee did, and the magazine covers claiming Joel was sick at the time.
- This would be the last video Chris Wilson shot with Good Charlotte. He left the band several months later for "personal health reasons", which turned out to be drug-related.
- This song is featured in the Xbox video game Dance Dance Revolution ULTRAMIX 3.
