The peasants took a chance in forming 'katas' or forms. These katas were a set amount and order of moves against imaginary opponents. Goshin Jutsu is a style of empty handed and armed fighting. This style integrates many other styles, including Jujitsu, Judo, Aki-do, and many others. A combination of blocks and counters form the many 'Wasais', or self-defence techniques.
