My very first article is Baby Duck Syndrome.
I have also written Pacer (dinghy)
[edit] Grammar, spelling and language
I think that -ize is better than -ise and that lieutenant should be pronounced lewtenanat and not lefttenant.
I learn German, badly.
I believe that Latin is important.

[edit] Beliefs
It was a sad day when the Tomcat has was retired.
The Cessna 172 is an important aircraft, but is nothing compared to a Cirrus.
The best Cessna 172 year was 1981
Pilots should be able to override computers.
Boeing makes the best heavies in the world.
The USS George Washington is the best aircraft carrier.
Throttles should be next to the seat, not on the panel (Cessna 172 push in/pull out type).
The stick should move.
Clipboard clips are cool.
A yoke is not a steering wheel.
[edit] (Virtual) Adelaide to Californa Flight
I'm planing a virtual flight in a modified Cessna 208 Super Cargomaster.
The flight will be from Adelaide Int. (YPAD) to Edwards AFB (KEDW).
[edit] Flight Plan
The flight plan is as follows:
[edit] Modifications
While the Cessna Super Cargomaster is a good plane, I'll need to make the following adjustments in PlaneMaker and GIMP
- Increase range to 2,500nm
- This will be the trickiest part, because it's not just a matter of slapping more fuel in. I want to get exactly 2,500nm range, which gives me at least 100nm spare fuel on each leg.
- More backup radios, that sort of thing.
- Just plain white or grey even...
[edit] Software
The software that I'll be using is most likely the excellent X-Plane, or possibly Microsoft Flight Simulator X
/Osprey Air
