Haeju Airport

Haeju Airport is located in the provincial capital of Haeju in South Hwanghae province, North Korea. Haeju airport has the IATA airport code of HAE and is controlled by the Korean People's Army. The airport mainly operates military flights but also has a limited number of civilian flights. This airport is notorious to South Korean intelligence authorities, because former North Korean Intelligence agents frequently use it as a transfer point.

North Korea's Air Koryo is the only airline serving Haeju Airport. The airline operates Antonov An-24 and Ilyushin Il-18 into the airport.
