Hapoel Nazareth Illit F.C. (Hebrew: מועדון כדורגל הפועל נצרת עילית, Moadon Kaduregel Hapoel Natzrat Illit) is an Israeli football team based in the city of Nazareth Illit.

The first time that Nazareth Illit reached Israel's Ligat ha'Al (Premier League) was for the 2003/04 season. They were able to survive their first season in Ligat ha'Al eventhough they were touted as favorites for relegation. The 2005/06 season was not nearly as good to them, as they finished in 11th place and were relegated thanks to poor goal differential instead of Hapoel Kfar Saba who had the same amount of points by the season's end.
