Blackjack requires a score of 360,000 credits or more. I currently have a score of 3,700,000 credits in video poker and I haven't come across an invite to the Titan Club through that. But it may be because previously I rejected an invite to the Titan Club after gaining enough credits. Has anyone heard of people being invited through Video Poker or Slots? It's hard to gain points in slots, I'm guessing 3,600 points might be enough, but then again my theory that 3,600,000 points in poker was enough doesn't seem to be working either. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Kdnewton (talk • contribs) 08:31, 21 February 2007 (UTC).

I got the invite after gettong 360,000 credits on video poker, so it must be the initial refusal that's keeping it from coming up. Xinpheld 15:02, 13 March 2007 (UTC)

I haven't reached that many credits at all, but is the 360,000 pure speculation? If so it should be removed. (Mrja84 15:54, 16 March 2007 (UTC))

It's not speculation - the 360,000 cred mark activated an invite to the 'Titan Club', and afterward the members are sent a passcode to see some photos listed in an archive on the site, one of which is of the much-sought-after sword, as well as of the painting done by Isaac of Nathan standing in the Oval Office. [edit] Potential Use of Steganography

I spent the last few hours looking in to steganography. I was scanning the various jpegs from the Primatech website as well as from Hana's blog and the Corinthian site as well. It should be noted that stegdetect (the program I used to scan the jpegs) has been known to occasionally give false positives. The (false?) positives are output by stegdetect with jphide and I'm not sure what the proceeding asterix represent. jphide is the potential method used to encode the hidden message inside the jpeg and is potentially decodable using jpseek. Another note, after "second opinioning" the potential positives using jpseek and StegSpy, they do not come up with positive results. jpseek claims the jpeg has not been modified and StegSpy reports there is no steg in the image. So with that in mind, of the stegdetect scans this is what I came up with:

I hate to see the effort of another Wikipedian go away. Trust me I know how you would feel. But I find the old version much more consice and convey the same, if not more, content. I do agree that this version is longer. The reason I edited it into prose was so that this article (and other Heroes articles hopefully) could undergo a peer review and good article nomination at the end of the season. I tried to write so it read like story arcs. My inspiration was Lost Experience. However, looking back I do agree that the previous version had more information, particularly on participation platforms. I also concur and was slightly easier to read due to its list format. However, some parts of the older version felt slightly disorganized in their list format.

I am by no means against adding information from the previous version into this version, or reverting to the previous version and organizing it better. Writing efforts by editors give way to efforts by other editors; I don't mind my writing not existing a week later as long as we're all working towards consensus and article improvement for the goal of GA/FA. I do agree that the previous version is a bit disorganized, reads like a random depository from random editors. But I do get the info quickly. Often times, a "list format" and "good writing" are two incompatible ideas. Coming from a engineering background, I personally prefer a list format. I also agree that the list format is somewhat disorganized. However, having bullet points for each section breaks down the information for easier initial consumption, which may be important while the program is still active - with so much going on in so many different places, the ability to see items individualy may leave open the chance of making connections between areas that would otherwise be separated by dense paragraphs. While I realize that we're not trying to solve a crime here or anything, I'd like to see the page leave room for the producers of the 'game' to go as deep with the mystery as I'm sure we'd all hope they would. Secrets are fun, after all.

Perhaps once the season is over, (if and) when all info has been published and the mystery solved, the whole lot could be converted to the prose format for more satisying consumption. Just a thought.

I have reverted the article to Navex's version, the old version mentioned above. If we decide to go with prose after the storyline concludes, I've moved the content of the prose version to User:Fmmarianicolon/storage space to use as a base.
