Homayoun Ershadi
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Homayoun Ershadi (somtimes spelt Homayon Ershadi, Persian: همایون ارشادی , born 1947 in Isfahan, Iran) is an Iranian actor.
He studied architecture in Italy and worked in that field, but Abbas Kiarostami chose him to play the leading role in Taste of Cherry. As a non-professional actor who started acting in his middle age, he succeeded very soon in cinema and television. His expressionless, relaxed face and monotonous voice have given him to some extent the personality of an intellectual.
