[edit] Book widely differs from movie
I read the book in high school and I remember when the movie came out, there was an article posted at my school's library on how unhappy the author was with the movie. It was very, very different from the book. Kat, Queen of Typos 23:53, 30 April 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Plot Needs Fixing
The plot synopsis for this article seems to be incorrect. I don't believe they phoned an ambulance in the film. They threw the "corpse" into the ocean. Also, some of the character descriptions seem a little clumsy. Satchfan 01:35, 26 March 2006 (UTC)

There is a discussion taking place at Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Films#References_in_Popular_Culture_Project about such sections, to which you are all invited to contribute. Whereas this may be an appropriate section for a Kevin Williamson film (who is known to reference a lot popcult), a mere reference to only one actor proposes that they have greater significance than they actually do. [edit] Clean-up Tag
I think this should be obvious, but I'm supposed to comment on the talk page anyway. I never saw this movie so I cannot assist in its improvement, but I do know that the Plot section neeeds to be broken into logical paragraphs and sounds very unproffessional, the Deaths section isn't really wiki quality and probably doesn't deserve a section - it sounds like something that belongs on a much more informal fan page. The Subseqent Careers section should probably go. It begins like "After the film's release, Prinze and Hewitt emerged as the two most popular young stars in the country" which is clearly not neutral and talks about some of the film's stars. All of them have talk pages, that should be there instead of here. Atropos 05:56, 21 May 2006 (UTC)
