Ice Cream Man
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Ice Cream Man is a 1995 slasher horror film. Produced and directed by Paul Norman, who is a director of pornographic movies, under the pseudonym Norman Apstein. It is Norman's first and only attempt at mainstream filmmaking. It was written by Sven Davison and David Dobkin (who would later become a film director), and stars Clint Howard.
The film, made for an estimated $2 million budget, disappeared quickly after its release, but in recent years has developed a cult following among viewers who see it as an unintentional comedy, and enjoy it for its unintentionally campy production values. It was released on DVD in 2004.

Having witnessed the brutal drive-by slaying of an ice cream man, Gregory Tudor grows up in an insane asylum. When he is released, he returns to his neighborhood, taking up the mantle of ice cream man. He serves the regular treats, push-ups, bomb pops, etc., but his specialty is hard packed ice cream served on cones made from human flesh.
