Imagawa Ujizane
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Imagawa Ujizane (1538-1614) was a Japanese warlord, the son of Yoshimoto Imagawa. He was the father of Norimochi Imagawa and Takahisa Shinagawa.
After Yoshimoto's death Imagawa Ujizane was attacked by Shingen and Ieyasu. Ujizane later retaliated at the Takeda army by stopping supplying them with salt. This had little effect and only resulted in the downfall of the Imagawa clan. Like his father he also enjoyed playing Kemari.
