I think the photographer, Masuod Alinaqian, had made this image Public Domain. Arad 18:35, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
is Masuod the uploader, FourX? That is what is unclear.... if you happen to know him, maybe you can ask him to email a permission grant to 'permissions AT wikimedia.org' as described at WP:COPYREQ, with regards to this image. KWH 07:08, 30 August 2006 (UTC)
Uploaded by Jimfbleak (notify | contribs). Particularly low quality. Its from the USFWS image library. I had found this image previously in the database, and the uploaded cropping of the image is actually a really tiny portion of the full image. This makes the image rather low quality, and is eclipsed by the much nicer images at Grey-crowned_Crane. Kevin_b_er 06:04, 29 August 2006 (UTC)

If you're concerned about a fair use violation in this case; Kristi's TV appearance was the only one I'm aware of, and was the capstone of a media frenzy over her fall. I'll add the fair use rationale to the image. --Durin 12:44, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
TV screenshots generally constitute "fair use" if they are used for an article about the TV network/show itself. This image, though, is used purely to provide a photo of the girl and it is even cropped such that the network logo isn't shown and it just looks like a photo. As is, I don't think it comes close to qualifying as fair use. If the entire screenshot were shown such that the NBC logo is clearly visible and the image were in that section of the article, rather than at the top right where we normally put infoboxes and indentification photos, then, personally, I would consider that to be fair use. But as it is, I don't think it could possibly qualify. BigDT 23:55, 29 August 2006 (UTC)

Uploaded by Breathejustice (notify | contribs). UE Although the map looks useful, it is a complete invention that has no historical background and is being used to push a nationalist, POV agenda. For example, it shows most of Japan being a mainland colony, which was simply never the case. I believe such a contested map could never be properly used on wikipedia, as it will only cause more disputes. So I believe it should be deleted. John Smith's 15:02, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
I vote to delete again. — See Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion/2006 July 19 under Image:Goguryeo_h.gif. Actually this is the 2nd time Breathejustice uploaded this exact same file, previously under a similar (but different) name. It was deleted due to gross inaccuracies. Aren't there any sanctions against repeatedly uploading a deleted image?--Endroit 15:32, 29 August 2006 (UTC)

Actually, it cannot be easily photographed, because half of the stadium was demolished immediately after the 1996 Olympic Games. The stadium no longer exists in this form. Hammersfan 30/08/06, 12.05 BST
