Ingo Steuer (born November 1, 1966 in Karl-Marx-Stadt, Saxony, GDR/East Germany) is a German figure skater.
Ingo Steuer began to skate as a little child. His pair skating coach was Monika Scheibe. He skated for the club SC Karl-Marx-Stadt, which was renamed after the reunification into SC Chemnitz. Having been born in East Germany he first represented East Germany and, after German reunification in 1990, the combined Germany.

In pair skating Ingo Steuer first teamed up with Manuela Landgraf first Germans to win that title.
After his separation from Manuela Landgraf he skated with Ines Müller for a few years. Their best results were 7th places at the Europeans.
1992 he again changed his skating partner and teamed up with Mandy Wötzel. The pair Wötzel/Steuer became European champion 1995 and World champion 1997. In the same year they also won the Grand Prix final. Both, Mandy Wötzel and Ingo Steuer, had knee surgery in 1997. Ingo Steuer had also a car accident this year. They still won the bronze medal at the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano.
In 1998 they turned professional.
Ingo Stuer is currently pair skating coach in Chemnitz. Among others he coached the following pairs:
- Nicole Nönning & Matthias Bleyer (career finished 2004/2005)
- Eva-Maria Fitze & Rico Rex (changed to Monika Scheibe in Dec 2005)
- Aljona Sawtschenko & Robin Szolkowy
Ingo Steuer is married and has a child.
