[edit] Usage
To use this template, add the following to the article: {{inprogress|March 30, 2007}}
Every Wikipedia article is a "work in progress". This template should be reserved for temporary use in articles that are undergoing significant changes such as:
- Newly created articles that are being actively expanded.
- Articles that are being significantly rewritten.
- Articles that have recently had information merged into them.
This template should be removed from an article when the pace of editing slows; it should not be left on an article indefinitely.
Articles that are extremely short can be marked with the {{stub}} template indefinitely (more specific stub templates are available for many topics). Sections that are very short can be marked with the {{sect-stub}} template indefinitely.
