[edit] Needs updating
This article needs to be updated and wikified. It refers to IBCs being formed in BVI and Gibraltar, but BVI abolished the ability to incorporate IBCs on 1 January 2006, and Gibraltar (I understand) on 1 January 2007. I can't speak for other jurisdictions (although I know you can still form IBCs in Anguilla). The material on bearer shares is a bit out of date too, as although these still exist they have been "de-materialised" (ie. they have to appear in a register) in most jurisdictions, dramatically affecting their scope, in most major offshore financial centres. --Legis (talk - contributions) 17:23, 25 January 2007 (UTC)
