If you need to message me, my talkpage is HERE.
About me:
I am a barrister specialising in offshore finance (based in the British Virgin Islands). Like all barristers, I have a huge ego. Prior to going into private practice I worked briefly as an academic teaching at Oxford University, and although taught part-time for a while, I now practice law full time. I got involved with editing articles in Wikipedia quite by accident but am now addicted. I focus on offshore finance, but I also write articles on corporate, commercial and trust law generally. I also write about BVI history, which I love.
My contributions:
The articles that I am most proud of are:
- Offshore Financial Centre
- Company (law) (candidate for inclusion in the Wikipedia CD Selection - I'm so happy!)
- Board of directors (rated as A class - yay!)
- History of the British Virgin Islands (rated as A class - yay again!)
- Joost van Dyk (featured as a Did you know? on 1 November 2006)
- Arthur William Hodge (featured as a Did you know? on 18 January 2007)
but, if you care, you can see the full list at: User:Legis/articles.
I don't believe in them, but in case you care, here is my Edit Counter.
My to-do list:
The list of things that I never get around to doing: User:Legis/To do list.
My Sandbox:
Don't let your cat go anywhere near it: User:Legis/sandbox - (D-1) - (D-2) - (Tplt)
My motto:
"Don't sweat the petty things, and don't pet the sweaty things."
