'It's Raining Cats and Dogs' Episode is the eleventh episode of the first season of the PBS Kids GO! television program, FETCH! with Ruff Ruffman. The episode premiered on June 14, 2006.

Ruff, in an artistic mood, worked on putting the finishing touches on his latest masterpiece when he heard the loud crashing of thunder outside his doghouse. Having just heard the weather announcer on W-O-O-F predict clear skies, a confused Ruff was determined to figure out what was going on. He sent Taylor out to learn how to forecast the weather. And Noah, Khalil, and Brian braved the elements to make some art of their own as they joined the city's mural crew in planning and painting a mural for a local pizzeria.
