Ivy League Records is based in Sydney, Australia and has been internationally successful. Associated with Winterman & Goldstein, a music management company, Ivy League is the creation of three partners, Pete Lusty, Andy Kelly and Andy Cassell.
Ivy League's first significant success was with The Vines. Ivy League (and/or, their sister companies) subsequently reached prominence with both Jet and Youth Group.
In addition to those mentioned, Australian bands currently associated with Ivy League are Josh Pyke, Youth Group, Red Riders, 78 Saab, and several others. In March, 2006 Ivy League announced that they had entered into an equity relationship with Michael Gudinski, a lengendary figure in the Australian music scene.
Ivy League's general manager is Chris Maund and the label is distributed by Warner Music Australia.
