Talk:Izuru Kira

[edit] Finding his family
Don't add this back, it's pure speculation. In fact, it's implied that Kira was born in Soul Society. But even if he wasn't, it might've been an adopted family. -- Ynhockey 09:55, 19 October 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Wabisuke
Does the first hit from Wabisuke's shikai do anything? If I recall correctly, when Kira was fighting Matsumoto, he said that two hits from Wabisuke would double an object's weight. That would imply that the first hit doesn't affect its weight. SpionKop 21:14, 20 May 2006 (UTC)
- That's incorrect, he says it doubles the weight on each cut, and says that it doubles the weight again on the 2nd cut (etc). Watch episode 60, about 7:30 minutes in. -- Ynhockey (Talk) 21:27, 20 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Official Romanization
The official romanization of Kira's name is Iduru, not Izuru (S.O.U.L.s databook, calendars, games, etc.). So, I suggest moving the page to Iduru Kira (oh, and the girl that loves Orihime is Chiduru, not Chizuru). - Access Timeco 02:39, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
- I have already mentioned that in a previous discussion somewhere. We should not move the page. Izuru is a Japanese name, therefore it is possible to use a standard romanization (in our case, Hepburn) without going to too much trouble. The problem is only with non-Japanese names and terms, where the official always takes precedence over the made-up. -- Ynhockey (Talk) 07:02, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
