Jefferson Park is a neighborhood on the northwest side of Chicago, USA. It was founded as an independent township in 1850, then annexed by Chicago in 1889. Today it is a predominantly middle-class neighborhood with a thriving Polish-American community.
The population of Jefferson Park, according to the 2000 Census, is 25,859.
