West Morgan Park is located south of Beverly, with an invisible borderline drawn at 107th street, disregarding the fact that both neighborhoods share the same ZIP code. Additionally, Morgan Park is home to significant institutions and venues, including the Beverly Arts Center, the historic 111th Street train station on the Rock Island District, the prestigious Morgan Park Academy, and a substantial number of upscale homes.
