Jeremy St. Louis

Jeremy St. Louis is an anchor for Fox Soccer Report on Fox Soccer Channel and Fox Sports World Canada.
Born in Winnipeg, Canada on October 22, 1971, Jeremy graduated from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology's Broadcast Journalism program in Calgary in the spring of 1997.
He then took his first journalism job at CKLQ Radio in Brandon, Manitoba in the fall of 1997 and was a radio news reporter there for one year.
Jeremy then moved to Yorkton, Saskatchewan for his first television job as an anchor/reporter at CICC-TV - a CTV affiliate at the time. Doing both news and sports, he got his first taste of anchoring. He was responsible for the lunchtime sportscast and weather segments as well as local sports reporting.
After six months in Yorkton, Jeremy went to Medicine Hat, Alberta in the spring of 1998 for a full-time anchor post at CHAT-TV. As the supper-hour anchor, Jeremy became the face of local sports until the spring of 2000, when he was fired after a disagreement with management.
Prior to his release, he was involved in a now famous story in the area in which he mentioned a poor trade by the Medicine Hat Tigers' (of the Western Hockey League) coach with the Brandon Wheat Kings.
Jeremy's boss at the time (Bob Ridley) is the play-by-play voice of the Tigers and his comments didn't go over very well. Jeremy was dragged into the team's office and berated by the General Manager, the head coach and Ridley for his comments. However, Jeremy stood by his comments, refused to apologize and was banned from talking to the team. The team tried to ban him from the arena as well but the WHL stepped in and said they could not do that.
Shortly thereafter, St. Louis was let go.
He then moved into Public Relations for six months at Medicine Hat College before TV came calling for him again - this time back in his hometown of Winnipeg.
Jeremy returned to television just after Christmas of 2000 as the Weather Anchor for Global Television in Winnipeg. Over the course of two years, Jeremy established himself as one of the best weather presenters the station has ever had - and the fact he'd never done full-time weather prior to his stint in Winnipeg made it even more remarkable. He cemented his reputation as one of the best by doing a seven minute weathercast one night - off the top of his head with no notes, cue-sheets or teleprompter! The record still stands to this day!
After two years in weather, Jeremy was then given the chance to move into his current position as anchor on Fox Sports World Canada. He joined the inaugural Global Sportslink as a reporter and fill-in anchor while still doing his weather duties but joined the team full-time as a weekend anchor when 'Sportslink' went to seven days a week and was re-branded as the Fox Sportsworld Report in 2002.
His on-air chemistry with co-anchor Michelle Lissel was noticed and he was moved to the Monday to Friday spot and remains there to this day. Since that time there have been allegations that this on-air chemistry has followed offscreen as well. The two have been seen together romantically on several occasions but both claim to "only be friends."
The Fox Sportsworld Report lost Lissel in the fall of 2006 - but Jeremy is still there and remains a fixture Monday to Friday as part of the new Fox Soccer Report launched in January of 2007.
On top of his knowledge of the football (soccer), Jeremy also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Lakehead University and is am NFL Fanatic. He has often said his dream job would be to work for the NFL Network.
