Judy Anne Lumagui Santos was born in Manila, Philippines on May 11, 1978, and is a Filipina television and movie actress.
In 2006 Santos was inducted into the Philippines Walk of Fame in Quezon City. She is also celebrating her twenty years in showbusiness.
