[edit] Archiving is not cut-and-paste move

I'd really like to point out that on Wikipedia:How to archive Current Events, it says:

"This Wikipedia article or category is currently inactive and is kept primarily for historical interest."

Archiving current events articles by moving the article is not policy. And it only makes sense that Current events in Hong Kong be archived to July 2006 in Hong Kong. --- Hong Qi Gong 21:49, 1 August 2006 (UTC)
