ウィル・キムリッカ（Will Kymlicka）は、カナダの政治学者。カナダ・クイーンズ大学哲学部教授。専門は、政治哲学。
クイーンズ大学卒業後、オックスフォード大学で学び、1987年に博士号取得。プリンストン大学やトロント大学を経て、現職。
多文化社会におけるマイノリティの権利といったシティズンシップの問題をリベラリズムの視点から考察。
