長谷川毅

長谷川 毅（はせがわ つよし、1941年- ）は、アメリカ在住の歴史学者。アメリカ国籍人。専門は、ロシア史、日露関係。
東京都生まれ。東京大学教養学部卒業後、ワシントン大学で博士号取得。1976年、アメリカ市民権取得。北海道大学スラブ研究センター教授を経て、現在、カリフォルニア大学サンタバーバラ校歴史学部教授。

現在、アメリカにおいて、主に日ソ関係について研究・英文で執筆している。そのため、日本では政治的な信条を問われがちな日露関係をある程度自由に論じられる立場にある。英文で書かれたものと日本読者向けに和文で出版されたものについては、内容が微妙に異なる箇所が散見される。
