Kagerōmaru (影郎丸, Kagerōmaru, "shadow man") is a fictional character in the manga and anime series InuYasha, the brother of Juromaru. Presumably, Kageromaru is a kamaitachi ("sickle weasel"), a type of yōkai that attacks with sickle arms. Born alongside his brother, is the fourth detachment of Naraku. He resided in Juromaru's stomach before the fight with InuYasha, in which Juromaru released him. Kagerōmaru is small and does not have any legs, but he has two large, sharp, sickle like arms and is quite intelligent and cunning. Kagerōmaru enjoys eating the insides of both yōkai and people. When InuYasha tried to catch Kagerōmaru, Juromaru blocked his way, thus foiling the plot. Although where Kagerōmaru will shoot out of from the ground is unpredictable, one of Sango's poisons slowed him down so InuYasha would be aware of when Kagerōmaru emerged from the ground. InuYasha eventually slashed Tessaiga into the duo, killing them both
Kageromaru is the one Juromaru takes orders from. He is also the one of the duo who talks.
