Karatti is an action figure from the Mattel He-Man toy line and a character from the 1990 animated series The New Adventures of He-Man. He is a martial arts expert.

Karatti mostly appears as a background character in the TV series. He showed his abilities at the beginning of the episode "Attack on Onnor", where he used his martial arts against He-Man, but was quickly defeated by the heroic warrior.
