Kathy Bald

Kathy Bald (born December 19, 1963 in Etobicoke, Ontario) is a former international freestyle swimmer from Canada.
Bald competed for her native country at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea. There she finished in sixth position in the Women's 4x100m Freestyle Relay Team, with her team mates Patricia Noall, Andrea Nugent and Jane Kerr.
Bald won gold in the 100m Breastroke and silver in the 200m Breastroke at the 1982 Commonwealth Games in Brisbane, Australia. At the 1983 Pan American Games in Caracass Venezuela she won Gold in the 200m Breastroke, Silver in the 100m Breastroke and 4 X 100 Freestyle Relay and Bronze in the 100m Freestyle.
