KVCR is a non-commercial radio station in San Bernardino, California, broadcasting to the Riverside-San Bernardino, California area on 91.9 FM.
KVCR airs public radio news/talk syndicated programming from National Public Radio a branded as "News 91".
KVCR airs most of the games of the Inland Empire 66ers, a minor-league baseball team in the California League.

Prior to July 2005, KVCR was branded as Inland Public Radio airing a mix of news and classical music syndicated from Classical 24 on middays and evenings. The classical music programming was dropped due to the lack of fund raising support.¹ KVCR is the primary affiliate for National Public Radio, Public Radio International and American Public Media in the Riverside/San Bernardino market.
